This project is considered one of the success stories of Albelad Alraedah Company, reflecting the efficiency of our teams and our ability to transform visions into tangible reality. We received the land along with an initial architectural design, and within just four months, the concept was developed into detailed execution drawings, materials were approved, and the entire building was constructed, making the branch ready to welcome the public.
We faced significant challenges, including meeting the requirements of the owner, National Commercial Bank, the British designer IAM, the consultant SBCM, and the sustainability consultant SUSNOMICS. Despite this, we successfully delivered the project with high efficiency while adhering to the highest quality standards.
The project achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and excellence in every detail.
